Didn’t I? – Music Mondaze.

Having attended almost every Mixologi event they’ve thrown since I’ve heard of them, it comes as no surprise that I now contribute to their website. True to their namesake, they continue to stay at the forefront of diversity, and I am honored to be a part of it all. Recently, I was assigned a Vintage Diversity piece on the musician/singer Darondo. I first heard the song Didn’t I on one of Jeyel’s mixes as covered by Jack Penate, but I absolutely LOVE the original now that I’ve heard it. His falsetto reminds me of D’Angelo, sandpaper and that guy that’s bad for your heart, but you just can’t stop seeing! Click here to get cultured, and listen to DJ Mackswell’s exclusive Darondo mix.
