In honor of Governor’s Ball this year, today’s music monday post is all about the headliner I want to see most: GUNS AND MOTHERFUCKING ROSES. I’m so excited, I’m STOKED. Yes, I used the word stoked. Growing up to GNR, Metallica, Van Halen, Bon Jovi, Skid Row, Warrant, etc. etc. but being too young to attend any of their concerts, this is a teased hair hard rock band fan girls dream! Add Nas and Kendrick Lamar in the mix, and it’s pretty much a wrap. Below, are a few of my favorite GNR songs as well as my outfit for the event (although it will probably change 3 more times).

I already own the shirt, similar shorts, and combat boots so why not? I also look forward to making the floral headband too! This is a very typical music festival concert, but it’s all about comfort for me, so it works just fine. Anyone else going to Governor’s Ball? Who are you looking forward to seeing?
