I usually like to start off the week with some motivational mumbo jumbo in an attempt to help everyone show Monday who’s boss. But really? There’s no better day than today (or any day for that matter) to feel inspired. Although I kept busy and productive, I had a nice little vacation this week that’s ending in quality time with my baby-cousin Zae who I adore too, too much.
Wale finally released a video for Ambitious Girl and I saw it for the first time today. I swear, played at the right time, this song never fails to make me cry.
Speaking of ambition, come through to 31 Rax tonight for HeART in High Heels, an event featuring the art and talents of some beautiful Bay Area ladies. Then, swing by Minna tomorrow night for Pray for Snow to support Boogie Events and the opening of my boy’s barbershop The Cutlery in Daly City.
