A few months ago, someone I consider a sister was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer that spread to her brain. This Sunday the 29th, a fundraiser will be held at St. Anne’s church on 850 Judah St. in San Francisco from 1-5pm. I’ll be there, and I hope to see some of you there as well! Entrance is $10, which also covers one raffle ticket, and unlimited food and non-alcoholic beverages (sorry, no throwing back that chuch’ wine). Every raffle ticket after that is $2, and 3-4 winners will be picked every hour. There will also be a silent auction, and vendors. Proceeds will go towards Gail’s medical bills.
Even if you don’t know anyone whose life has been affected by cancer (btw congratulations, you are blessed), come through for some good times with good people all for a good cause.
