This is probably the easiest recipe ever that doesn’t require a microwave and isn’t a peanut butter & jelly sandwich. All you really need are the first three ingredients, but because I had the rest still in my fridge from my last grocery shopping excursion I was able to jazz it up a bit. Read on, and happy eating!
Ingredients

Garlic (and if you're like me, LOTS OF IT!)
Olive Oil

Pasta (any kind will do but I used whole-grain spaghetti)
Basil
Tomatoes
Directions
-boil spaghetti -mince garlic, dice tomatoes, and chop basil in slivers -heat olive oil in pan and cook garlic until see through (do not brown! it will ruin the taste) -add tomatoes and basil towards the very end -drain noodles and combine with olive oil mixture -add salt & pepper to taste, sprinkle on some parmesan or reggiano, and pair with a glass of white wine and you’re doneson.com
