half an avocado
1/2 cup brown rice
low-fat/fat-free mozzarella cheese (Honeybee uses dairy free cheese)
few spoonfuls of black beans
cilantro (optional) For some reason I usually place the rice on the bottom, then the black beans, egg whites, cheese, and avocado.
